Introduction	I am a Mum of two young kids. I trained as a nurse 15 years ago and have a Master's in Science (PEd). Most recently been a lecturer in graduate studies. I have found the work/family balance impossible to manage and have decided to change direction. I am excited about my next challenge in life and at the end of the current year I am going to be a stay at home Mum - a little nervous but trying to find the balance.
