When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?
Yes. Absolutely. I rarely do it these days because my alarm clock has two legs and calls me 'mama', but when I was working in the professional sphere, I would negotiate extra sleep time by cutting things out of my morning routine. I'd choose sleep over breakfast any day back then.
