| Introduction | For the past 11 years I have studied and taught EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to help people release their addictions, fears and mindsets that prevent them from living the life they dream of. Once those issues have been addressed and released the individuals are free to manifest their lives as they wish it to be.
