Introduction	Life after 40 gets more interesting all the time. I am finding gray hair are not just colorful they also are wayward and challenging like a small child. My body is slowly rebelling on me and my kids no longer need me to be there every second of the day. (I guess that last one isn't a bad thing.) I am still in love with the same guy even after 22 years of marriage. This third phase of life brings some challenges for sure. My latest adventure is Real Estate!
