| Introduction | Dr. Lynn Ritchey has been at University of Cincinnati, Blue Ash College (formerly, Raymond Walters College) since 1996. She served 12 years as the Academic Unit Head of the Behavioral Science Department. During her tenure at UCBA, Dr. Ritchey has had the opportunity to explore a variety of teaching related issues including active learning, academic assessment, Open Education Resources, and alternative delivery modes. Dr. Ritchey was the recipient of the 2011 John F. Schnabel Distinguished Contribution Teaching Award from the North Central Sociological Association. She is also a fellow of the University of Cincinnati's Academy of Fellows for Teaching and Learning. Recently, Professor Ritchey launched a YouTube channel - Cultural Commonalities, Diversity, and Interaction. |
