| Introduction | Dr. Lynn Ritchey has been at University of Cincinnati, Blue Ash College (formerly, Raymond Walters College) since 1996. She currently serves as the Department Head of the Behavioral Science Department. During her tenure at UC:BA, Dr. Ritchey has had the opportunity to explore a variety of teaching related issues including active learning, academic assessment, and alternative delivery modes. Dr. Ritchey was the recipient of the 2011 John F. Schnabel Distinguished Contribution Teaching Award from the North Central Sociological Association. |
