Introduction	I'm Jaime. This blog will mostly cover my experiences as an intern in Kenya with the Coady International Institute. I will be working with an organization called Community Research in Environment and Development Initiative (CREADIS). Mostly, I will be working on monitoring and evaluating their HIV/AIDS programming. But I'll also be having super cool experiences in Kenya. I also love food and cooking so I'm hoping to learn a bit about local food. Because what brings people together more than food? Hope you all enjoy!
