Introduction	Carlos has a BS degree in Agronomical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Maria, Brazil and Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Agricultural Engineering Technology from Michigan State University. He served at the Kellogg Company for 21 years in several positions including Director of Cost Innovation. He left the corporate world in 2007 to follow his entrepreneurial spirit. He is a dual citizen of USA and Brazil and fluent in four languages. Carlos co-authored the book Follow to Lead and authored the book PRICELESS. He is a world traveler, an accomplished photographer, public speaker, servant leader, community builder, and author. He is the co-founder and President of Phalanx – a Leadership Education Consulting Services company. As an entrepreneur business owner, Carlos is on a quest to make a difference in the lives of others through entrepreneurship, leadership education and philanthropy.
