| Introduction | Like most women, my world demands some serious multi-tasking skills. I own and run a small business, have a full volunteer schedule, LOVE spending time socializing with friends and family, and *thankfully* have a wonderful partner supporting me along the way. The challenge? Interjecting fitness, good eating habits, and positive spiritual health into the daily agenda. I very much subscribe to the saying, life is a work in progress... and this is my attempt to document some of that work. |
