Introduction	I’m not a writer. I’m just a guy who kicks a ball around, thinks too much, and does some of that thinking while sitting on the toilet...where the world’s quieter, the body’s honest, and the bullshit can’t follow you in. These are my musings. Scraps of thought, stitched together from, bruised knees, late-night regrets, and fleeting moments of joy that hit like a good goal or a half-decent cup of black coffee. I’ve drunk too much. Smoked a little weed. Quit drinking. Kept smoking. I’m a dad, a husband, a mate. I’m trying to do this life thing with some grace and a little bit of guts. Most days, I get it wrong. Some days, I write it down. These words aren’t polished. They’re lived-in. They smell like sweat and grass and sometimes nostalgia. They're not trying to be literature. They’re trying to be real. If you’re looking for something tidy, you’re probably in the wrong blog. But if you’ve ever felt a bit lost after a win, or strangely alive after a loss… you’ll get it. This is me. Figuring it out. From the pitch, from the shitter, from somewhere in between.
