Introduction	Cook by name, cook by nature. I've been blogging for just over a year now and baked some delicious recipes, some healthy ones inspired by Weight Watchers, some not so healthy ones. In 2013 I rediscovered my love of baking, participated in courses in Food Journalism at CityLit and Patisserie basics at Le Cordon Bleu, and attended several events including the Cake and Bake show. In 2014 I have courses planned in Pastry at the Waitrose Cookery School and Patisserie at Squires Kitchen. French Patisserie is my real passion as well as classic home baking.
