| Introduction | I am a seasoned parking professional and company director with a career spanning over 30 years in the UK and International markets. As an independent consultant I have been actively involved with parking policy, industry research, development and implementation of new technology and customer services. Over the years I have gained extensive experience of the public and private parking industry having worked extensively with Local Authorities, Health Trust and Parking Operators to improve their operations and deliver better customer services. My current roles include: Director / Council Member of the BPA, Chair of the BPA – EMS SIG Group, Chair of BSi Parking Experts Group, Advisor of the Safer Parking Scheme and Member of the Parking Forum. |
