| Introduction | Hi. I’m Shelley. I’m also an American living in the United Kingdom. I’ve been here for the last ten years, working, paying taxes, and just, in general, enjoying life. One of my favorite pleasures is travel. Of course I fly back to the United States to visit my family every now and again, but what really makes me light up is a new experience: traveling to foreign lands I’ve never seen before, experiencing foreign cultures, speaking foreign languages, and meeting foreign people. Experiences like these cause my soul to soar. Now since I am not wealthy, but I am infinitely creative (and also blessed), I’ve created and/or taken advantage of some interesting travel deals and have many more cheap adventures planned for the near future. Stick with me and I will tell you the stories of some of my more interesting excursions. |
