Introduction	Live in Wrenthorpe(Wakefield) with my wife Melanie and two kids, Sarah (aged 8) and James (aged 4). Apart from family my main interest is running. I decided to start a blog as a couple of very good runners have them and thought this may be a good way of improving my times ha ha. Seriously though, Currently running approximately 40 miles per week and cycling 60 miles a week, which includes 40 miles to work and back. Started the running in 1996 when I won the gardeners Arm fun run in Morley on hardly any training. I also have a limited passion for motor bikes and when the weather is fine out comes my 02 plate Honda Hornet 600cc. It's PB for the half marathon distance is 6 and a half minutes...ha ha(only on the track of course).
Interests	Family, running, motorbikes.
Favorite movies	Very varied, don't like dramas too much, prefer action films and some non fiction stuff(documentaries).
Favorite music	Again very varied anything from rock to pop, like to here a good guitar solo. Like Thin lizzie, Rush and Queen.
Favorite books	Prefer mags, books last too long, I like runners world.
