| Introduction | I have a background starting with a neuroscience degree from Northwestern University, but I decided to follow an interest in the culinary arts. Attained an AAS in culinary arts and spent, amongst other places, six years at Sanford restaurant in Milwaukee. My career has taken another turn with the involvement in the opening of Northern Brewer's store in Milwaukee, which has been an environment rich for the development of my interests in beer, food and teaching. |
