Introduction	I am beginning this blog on the eve of my 51st birthday. One year ago today, I was a smoker, a more then social drinker, 60 lbs overweight, and living with undiagnosed Breast Cancer. My cancer was not found until September. That was when my journey began. However, this is not about cancer, or bad personal habits. It is about rediscovering the healthy me. It is an attempt to undue the damage I have done to my health over my 51 years. It is an experiment in taking back my health.
