| Introduction | Pssst! That's me in the white hat with my friend Larry. We ran a marathon once in San Diego over 20 years ago in the spring of 1998 and boy was it hard work! Whew! Haven't seen Larry since then so I hope he's okay. Guess he's a former friend. I'm a disturbed farm boy who somehow ended up in journalism and now I'm running from it all. Veteran of 6 marathons, many 5ks, 10ks and roughly a dozen half marathons. Am doing yoga on a daily basis and am a certified yoga teacher. My preference is Vinyasa power yoga. Author of one book "The Addict" which could have been called a diary of a damn fool and am researching my second book as I run and do yoga. Nearly all of my research is done internally, which is the most mysterious place to dwell. |
