Introduction	I am a 23 year old woman struggling with Lyme disease and two different co-infections. I have been sick for 13 years and was just recently diagnosed in August 2010. My life which used to be filled with hiking, friends, surfing, horseback riding, working livestock, and everything else possible outdoors and active, has been shattered. I live day by day, a shell of who I once was. The one passion I have held onto is my love for Pit Bulls and other bully dog breeds, and they have been my lifeline through this storm. I am hoping to be able to reach out to other sufferers not only of Lyme Disease, but those who suffer from chronic disease and chronic pain. It is an isolating world, and I hope to allow others to know they are not alone.
