| Introduction | This blog has started as a result of doing a master course in Educational Science Technology. My expectations of this course are to learn about different aspects of flexible learning, other than for example distance learning and the influence this flexibility has on pedagogical strategies, from both the instrutor's as well as the student's perspective. I hope to be able to take some ideas with me to the institute I work for, which is very internationally oriented, with sites in Qatar, South Africa, Thailand, Bali, and in future Berlin and China. This requires a different approach to the way the education is set up and the way it is offered and so far it has been very difficult to steer away from the traditional conventions that are used at the moment. |
