Introduction	My name is Shivam Kaushik and I am currently a 5th-year B.A.LL.B (Hons.) student at Law School, Banaras Hindu University. My specialization is in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). I take active interest in Philosophy, Constitutional law, and everything else that has bearing upon the development of law. During my past years at law school, I have directed my academic writing towards the amelioration of legal education, the legal profession, environmental legal regime amongst other things.
