| Introduction | I am a 37 years old and live in East London, in the Eastern Cape in South Africa. As a wife and mom, the greatest joys of my life are my husband Georg, and my delicious little girls, Megan (7) and Georgina (5). I spend my mornings working at a school as the Business Manager. My passion is definately 'creating' things, and I derive great fulfillment from my hobbies of painting, scrapbooking and revamping furniture, clothes etc... I have also always enjoyed cooking- almost as much as I have enjoyed eating! A new focus is on health- something I have dabbled with in the past...watch this space for my foray into valuing my body, treating my health like the treasure it is, and nurturing myself. |
