Introduction	Born and raised in the Midwest, with a yearning for city life. Through college, a social work career and theatre on the side, I tumbled through my life. Feeling like something was missing. NYC beckoned which led to much adventure, growth, learning and more questions. A new life in the suburbs outside of DC finds me coming to a clearing on my path, looking back to see what the hell happened + forward to new adventures, a better path and spiritual journey. This blog picks up in the midst of my path, at the crossroads of big change.....

Favorite movies	Casablanca, Gone with the Wind, Godfather 1+2, Michael Collins, It's a Wonderful Life, Christmas Carol, The Avengers (and their friends)....I could go on, but there's a start
Favorite music	always springsteen and clapton, norah jones, john haitt, dylan, traveling wilburys.....it's a mood thing
Favorite books	Mists of Avalon, All Souls Trilogy, The Patriarch, American Gods, Little Women, Splitting the Difference: A heart-shaped memoir, Outlander....the tip of the iceberg
