| Introduction | I'm a 56 year old woman. I've been married and divorced three times, I've been single now for nearly 17 years. I have raised three children to adulthood, been a Mother-in-law 3 times, I'm Grandma (Nana) to a great number of kids but 3 are blood related (possiblly 4). I and my other 2 children just suffered the loss of my youngest Son Tim on my birthday last July. This is one of the reasons I wanted to start my own blog. It's hard to talk to others about him. Most that will listen were close to him and they cry. I've always been the 'nurturer' so I have to hold my tears to help them through the grief. I usually think of his silly antics and get them laughing but, I just want to scream! I"m also a very heavy-set woman, refered to as an SSBBW. I am in T.O.P.S (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) and have lost nearly 35 lbs since joining last April 2010. i will be talking alot on that subject as well. |

| Favorite movies | My faves are A River Wild with Merel Streep, Enough with Jennifer Lopez, Sleeping with the Enemy with Julia Roberts and American Werewolf in London!! |
| Favorite music | ANYTHING Mac Davis writes or sings! Oldies from the 20's to the 80's Some newer Country music but mostly the older songs and artists |
| Favorite books | No particular novel but my favorite Authors are Steven King, James Patterson, Mary-Higgins Clark and a few more |
