Introduction	Dr. Stephen Julian is president of Julian Consulting, a firm specializing in human communication and team health. Stephen has worked with teams for more than 20 years in a variety of settings – including Africa, and South and Central America. He earned a PhD in Communications from Northwestern University. A passionate, gifted communicator, Stephen desires to free people to be themselves and to appreciate others so that healthy communication patterns can emerge and be developed. He is a lifelong learner who was told by his wife of more than 20 years that “your next degree will be with your next wife.” Currently he is not enrolled in a degree program. Stephen is co-author of the forthcoming book, “Clarity 4 College: Following Your Unique Path to Personal Fulfillment.”
