Introduction	It's an interesting time to be a single mom at midlife. I work hard to stay afloat, but am working even harder not to lose sight of my dreams or myself, lol. This blog serves as an outlet for my creative spirit... I once responded to a writing prompt about why do I write as follows: To give voice to the soul, to recharge the spirit, and to remind myself to laugh at life.. It still fits, I think I'll keep it. ;-)
Interests	Much: ballroom dancing (especially the Latin dances), enjoy all fine arts activities, like to travel, karaoke, seeing new places - trying new foods...learning
Favorite movies	I'm easily entertained, so I don't really have a favorite - enjoy a myriad of movies of all genres except horror, lol.
Favorite music	pretty much everything except Country (although there are a few Country songs I like)
Favorite books	The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo triology, The Help, Cutting for Stone, and pretty much most stuff written by Jonathon Grisham and Patricia Cornwell
