Introduction	It's the time of the season for local farmers to display the best of their harvest fruits and veggies. I love this time of year. Not sure what to make for dinner? Head on out to a local farm and buy what looks colorful and fresh. Incorporate all the colors of the beautiful veggies and fruits into your meals. Cut back on meat, and you'll feel the difference. Do it for your health and well being, and teach your children well. What's more fun then going to the farmers market on a beautiful day and planning your menu's. Nothing to me is more inspiring. Bring your kids and teach them, then take them into the kitchen and experiment with them and let them taste. They'll give up the hot dogs in no time.
