| Introduction | Some time back I needed a loan to buy my first home. I discovered my FICO was not so good. What is worse, I discovered it was something that was hard to fix over a short duration. Hindsight being 20/20 (or better) here are somethings I wish I knew way back when before I created this mess. Most of this learned from personal experience of screwing it up. |
