Introduction	Educated at Oxford University and with William Flahavan, Esq. (Law), USC (B.A.), CSUN (Cert., Contract Management) and Pepperdine University (Cert., Mediation), Mr. Arnold currently manages the law firm of Arnold & Associates, where his work emphasizes the Business, Entertainment/Intellectual Property, Technology and Transactional fields. His entertainment experience includes acquisition, development, production, distribution and licensing. He researched and aided in drafting the successful Appeal in the Virtualmagic Asia, Inc. v. FilCartoons, Inc., et al. case and provided editorial support for two Rutter Group publications: Attorney Malpractice: Risks & Solutions and Personal Injury. A member of the ADR Panel of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Mr. Arnold is also an adjunct faculty member at CSUN, having taught Procurement Law, and is an Instructor at Valley College, where he teaches Contract and Entertainment Law. Mr. Arnold’s experience includes posts at Boeing, Dubl-Click Software, Inc., NBC and Paramount Pictures, to name a few. An active member of the California Bar, Mr. Arnold is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Central District.
