| Introduction | I am a 33 year-old redheaded attorney who grew up in a loving family in the Midwest -- born in Kansas City, high school at the Lake of the Ozarks, college in Springfield at Missouri State, and law school at UMKC back in Kansas City. In 2007, after I finished law school and passed the Missouri Bar, I applied to do an LLM degree in International Business Law in Paris, France. Alone and with no money, place to live, or guarantee that I was even accepted into the program, I hopped on a plane and went to Paris… Over the past 4+ years, I was accepted into that LLM program at Paris II Panthéon-Assas and have completed it. I have passed the New York and Paris bar exams. Most importantly, I met and married my true love, Kyden Creekpaum. We are now living in the 1st arrondissement of Paris and are just enjoying our new roles as newlyweds. I will forever be thankful that I was the girl who went to Paris.
