| Introduction | I am one of the two district sales managers for Random House adult books, covering a territory of Texas, Oklahoma, and Mississippi. I joined Random House after working 9 years at BookPeople, the large, independent bookstore in Austin, Texas. I am the result of a double major (English and History) from a liberal arts college who sort of learned to think, but never learned how to have career aspirations. There are a lot of us in the book industry. |
