Introduction	I am an entrepreneur, and a mom. Good, fresh food has always been a priority for me. While in B'School at Wharton I did not venture much in from-scratch cooking. Now, being back in Princeton, and back to local, fresh, and healthy food options has enabled me to explore my interest in food. Through my blog "HerbNZest", I hope to share my learnings and experiences through my food journey. This blog is a personal take on fresh and easy to make recipes and tips that busy individuals can replicate in their own kitchens. Herbnzest recipes comprise vibrant colors, simple flavors, and interesting textures that will sometimes warm your soul and at other times add zest to your meals. Some recipes have clean flavors while others have more complicated layers of flavors that linger on with each bite. "MumMusings" is a blog of my mom stories, observations, findings, and tips. More than anything, these are anecdotes that other moms could relate to and others readers might find amusing.
