| Introduction | Hi, I'm Cam-a nutrition and all things herbal aficionado or 'witch' as my friend's say. I spend most of my time working & shopping in earthy smelling health food stores & organic restaurants, hence My Witchy Kitchen is a compilation of the best
and most ingenious remedies and recipes I've learned from talented herbalists and chefs or that I created myself. With the latter in mind, please know that sincere reporting is taken very seriously here, so I will never write about a remedy I have not tried. Everything posted thus far is present because of its uncanny ability to relieve and heal.
