| Introduction | Even though the theme about kitchen and food wasn't my first interest in life, when I moved to the Turks and Caicos Islands, I got involved by thousand of cooking books and two people who loved the kitchen more than anything else in their lives. The new flavours, colours and textures came all over myself and created a kind of excitement that increased with every recipe I made and tasted.
