| Introduction | Ecumer works in the finance industry. He spent a summer between university years working in a commercial kitchen (mostly peeling onions and making packet mix mousse). The experience convinced him that dealing in multi-million dollar loans was a lot less risky than professional cooking, and that doing it for your friends is a lot more fun than doing it for strangers. That applies to cooking but to a lot of other things too. |
