Introduction	Ciao a tutti!! First thing's first, "IL CUOCO" is Italian for, The Chef. So, with that, here's a little bit about me.....Well I grew up on the Southeast side of Chicago (yes it does exist). I am second generation Italian-American and I love food. I do think it is not only the best thing in the world, but also a channel to happiness and the perfect way to show love. Think about it, no matter what terrible things are happening to you today, you can eat something good, and everything seems okay again. So I am very excited to share my food findings, recipes and tips with the world, in an effort to spread that happiness.
