| Introduction | I am a writer based in Dublin. My debut poetry collection 'In the Library of Lost Objects' was published in summer, 2011, with Ward Wood and was shortlisted for the Shine/Strong Award for best first collection by an Irish author. My second collection, On Light & Carbon, was published in October 2013. My third poetry collection Summer Rain followed in August, 2016. My work has appeared widely in Irish and international journals (including Poetry Ireland Review, The Irish Times, The Financial Times) and been broadcast on RTE Radio 1 and BBC Radio 4. Before becoming a writer, I studied Experimental Physics at Trinity College, Dublin, hence my interest in the connection between poetry and science. |
