Introduction	Alison Morin has worked in the Cosmetology industry since 1997. Owner of the Shear Elegance Salon of Trinity, she studied at the International School of Beauty, where she was named Student of the Year. Already making strides in her field, Alison placed 3rd in a styling competition, against nationally recognized licensed stylists, at the Orlando Premier Hair Show. All of this, while she was still completing her training at the International School. Upon graduation, she began her career as a hairstylist at the Eclips Salon in the famous Renaissance Vinoy Resort and Golf Club in St. Petersburg, Florida. While working at the Vinoy, she became a master at paying attention to detail as she catered to some of St. Petersburg's most prestigious residents as well as celebrity guests and members of the Vinoy's golf and yacht clubs. As Alison embarks on her newest venture, she looks forward to building a team of professional Elegance Consultants who share the same passion for hair, nails and massage as she does.
