| Introduction | Once upon a time there was a young girl who could not leave home, overnight, without one of her parents coming along. At the age of 17 she wrestled with God and decided not to be afraid anymore and put her fear in God alone. Now this woman has a hard time staying home. She moved to Michigan for college, a year in Holland as a nanny, three years in the Philippines doing mission work, travels to other countries, and in 2009, spent a year venturing in to Africa - to fulfill a long time dream. Back in Ontario, she served as a support worker and fundraised to go back to Uganda as a long-term missionary! Now she is living and serving in East Africa. Karen has been full-time in Uganda since 2011. And God married to Moses Odel, the best man ever, on November 16, 2019. God is good! |
