| Introduction | Introduced into Trancedental Meditation in 1981, Inspired by Swami Vivekananda took medical practice as my profession, trained in Spiritual Yoga and Yoga Nidra from Bihar School of Yoga (under the guidance of Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati), attended 11 days Vipassana course in Hyderabad during 1991, intoduced to Yogada Satsang during 1992, attended Swami Pragnaaranyaji's (Yogi Protoplasm's) 7 days meditation camp at Sukhabrahmaashramam, Srikalahasthi in 1999. participated Jiddu Krishnamurthy gatherings at Rushi Vally few times, introduced to Theosophycal Society, Adyar in 1991 by its Asst. Editor Mr. Naganathan, faced lot of ups and downs in the personal life, joint family life, professional life and in the spiritual path. Urge to provide whatever little thing I gained by the grace of Divinity, to the public motivated to start blogs (my guide Dr Prasad Rao also inspired me with his blog http://nadhayogi.blogspot.in/) so that they too treck the morale and spiritual path to experience or taste a bit of the inner ever lasting Happiness/Bliss.
