Introduction	Closer to 30 than I'd care to admit, I'm like my very own version of The Wizard of Oz right now. Skipping along with my closest knit group, obnoxious little dog in tow. Just trying to find my way home. My husband who is my biggest supporter thinks this is a great idea. I'm still on the fence. I've written for recreation only. Actually wrote a children's book. It's still sitting in a box somewhere. I don't really know what to accomplish by doing this. Fame such as Julie Powell? I don't know. PAYCHECK such as Julie Powell? Yes, please! All I do know is this is an attempt to chronicle random musings in the form of letters to my 21 month old daughter Jocelyn Margaret. I'm not secretly sick, feverishly penning away a lasting memoir so she can reference it during various stages of her life I will not live to see. Or am I? Fact remains, I could go outside right now and get hit by a bus. So maybe in some macabre, preemptive strike against an untimely demise, I have chosen this outlet to let you, the reader and you, my daughter (Get down from there! Stop touching that right now!) into the uncharted, unfiltered waters of my mind. Trays and seats in the upright everyone!!
