| Introduction | I am a mate drinking gringa and teacher educator. I am passionate about promoting critical citizenship and social justice through teaching, primarily in social studies although I have experience elsewhere. I am interested in how lived experiences both inside and outside of schools through both the implicit and explicit curriculum shape who we become as citizens. This is the space where I will bring my ideas out of the vacuum in which they have existed for so long.
