| Introduction | I love food. Can you tell from the title? The Talking Tummy is my blog dedicated to talk about alternative healing namely healing through what we eat. Coming from a multi-racial, multi-lingual, multi cultural background, I was fortunate to be expose to several forms of healing methodology; Traditional Chinese Medicine, Malay traditional healing/shamanic healing, crystal healing, meditation, prayers, reiki and aromatherapy. I am here to share with you my experience and passion on healing. I certainly welcome comments or feedback of similar experiences. Lets all move towards more conscious and higher living! |
