Introduction	Dr Kenneth Appiah Donkor-Hyiaman is a Real Estate Economist with interests in real estate and infrastructure (finance, economics, development), investment appraisal, and urban sustainability. Ken is currently a Lecturer at the Department of Land Economy at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is the former Executive Secretary of the Construction Sector of the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI) and a Consultant at the World Bank, Chartered Institute of Building, Ghana, etc.
