Introduction	I am a Mama looking for the Sacred everywhere! It is my intention to nourish my family through Waldorf education, real food (inspired by Sally Fallon's book "Nourishing Traditions"), teaching reverence for Spirit and Nature, and by my own spiritual journey. I seek to feed my community and world by sharing my knowledge and passion for yoga, natural childbirth, and peaceful parenting.
