Introduction	I have long had an interest in the history and culture of food, even earning a master's in food studies, but have struggled to find a way to pursue it. Cheddar, for now, is the answer.
Interests	To make up for all the cheese I eat, I run with Hellgate Road Runners in Astoria, Queens, and follow teammates' blogs on running. I also watch a lot of tennis on T.V. and go to the U.S. Open every year. And now that I finally have the Tennis Channel, I may never leave my apartment, except to buy some Cheddar and ale!
