| Introduction | I am of Chinese/Vietnamese decent, but have lived in Korea for two years. I spent some time traveling around other countries as well. Throughout my travels I have tried to take notes of my favorite foods. I have a love for cooking and want to share that with people. I like the idea of healthy cooking and living, so most of my recipes will be based off of a standard or tradition dish with slight alterations to suit a more conducive lifestyle. I hope you will enjoy these simple dishes as much as I do. |
