| Introduction | Dionne Brown is a woman who has been around long enough to see some things in the world and church that make no sense. She will nonetheless die trying to wrestle with existential struggles that have defeated lesser disciples, using humor to keep from losing her mind. Think of her as one part Kierkegaard, one part Chris Rock, and one part Andy Rooney. Dionne is a native Washingtonian and currently resides there with her 14 year-old Pomeranian Trixie, who chewed a bible as a pup and continues to bark prophetically. |
