| Introduction | Anyone who knows me or has had a conversation with me knows that if you have a topic, I have an opinion on it. You also know that I always look for inter-connections or inter-dependencies for everything that happens. I learned from a wise woman I worked for as a long-term substitute High School English teacher that for the lesson to reach the audience, it must be “relevant” and “relatable.” My varied life experiences have given me a fascinating group of friends and mentors. A 29-year journey with my soulmate. 30+ years as a Dad. The countless conversation with people, particularly young people, over the last 40+ years of working with them thru coaching and teaching has brought me to an understanding that everything is Relevant and Relatable, you just have to figure out how to communicate it, so it is Reachable.
