| Introduction | I have worked with flowers for over twenty years and have always had a passion for them, being green fingered was a great advantage. I loved growing flowers both for planting and cutting for the house. I became involved with floristry & arrangements when my daughter was quite young. I spent my first two years studying garden design and landscapes and was awarded the outstanding student of the year in 90's. I completed a course in Florist design and I was offered position in a florist shop within a month of leaving college. During my time in the shop I gained a great deal of practical experience in both retail and in the garden centre. So I had my two passions under one roof. I later went to Edinburgh, to do contract and wedding flowers. Between jobs I helped friends with their wedding arrangements and the making up of their bouquets. I now run my own floristry business MyFlowerPot. |

You moved the pot before the coffee stopped brewing. Do you smell the mountains or the burro?
I would probably smell the mountains as coffee rarely has a good aroma these days..
