Introduction	I love taking long walks on a trail overlooking the Hudson River with my husband, Brian, and our little boys. In my spare time (what little I have) I love to do exercise DVDs (kickboxing, dancing, step aerobics, Pilates, yoga--like to mix it up). I also like to surf the web, read (mainly novels), and write. I spend most of my time with my kids; the best thing about being a mom is I'm free to play with toys all day. I'm trying to teach the boys how to properly airdrum to classic rock supergroups as well.

I don't think I would laugh until I had to say something about swabbing down the poop deck.
