| Introduction | Hello, Im Dr. Lisa Rodriguez :-) Ive been a bilingual elementary teacher since 1987, starting in Los Angeles, California, and then in Woodburn, Oregon since 2001. I became Lincoln Elementary School's Literacy & Technology Specialist in 2014, teaching students in kindergarten through 5th grades. I'm on our district's technology committee and provide professional development to teachers. I started my own business in 2013, reading literature for 3rd through 12th grades and creating quizzes for them: www.obob.me People use them for Battle of the Books competitions as well as classroom use. I received my Ph.D. in Education from Walden University in September, 2010, my Master's in Education with a Bilingual Education specialization from Western Oregon University in 2004, and my Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge in 1987. |
